What is the best thing you've done in your mental health?

Surrounding myself with good people and I always talk to God.
I know I neglected God before but after all the sufferings that I encounter I learned slowly to accept God in my life and I learned how to get closer to Him.
It helps me a lot with my mental health.

Meditating and I always listen to an encouraging word. I let myself surrounded with good people and making daily exercise.
It helps me a lot.
