I feel like giving up, What should I do?

I feel like giving up on the many trials I’ve experienced today. I feel like I want to give up on the many trials I’ve experienced today, I don’t feel like working on everything. I just want to sleep all day.
As in I am drained.
How can I overcome this? What should I do?
