Practice compassion and empathy: Remember that the leader is also human, and may be struggling with their own challenges. Try to see things from their perspective and approach them with compassion and understanding.

Focus on the positives: Even if you don’t agree with everything the leader is saying or doing, try to focus on the positive aspects of the church community. Look for the good that is being done, the positive relationships you have formed, and the meaningful experiences you have had.

These are God the Fathers 7 values as spoken by God himself…
The first three are Mercy, Compassion and Patience unto repentance…
Get these three right and the remaining 4 fall into place…
They are not just words but heart felt values to be memorised meditated on and applied if you truly want to experience Gods love…
When you have teach them to others just as Jesus commanded
in Deut 6:4 through to 9…
