I was 6 years old when my mother and uncle had a fight, and that incident had a huge impact on me, until now I am still traumatized by what happened.
Whenever I see someone fighting, my knees immediately shake and I felt numb.
I’ve always been nervous since then.
I tried my best to forget that incident but my heart and mind still don’t want to forget every time I see my uncle.

Childhood trauma can also make it more challenging to form and maintain healthy relationships, as it can lead to feelings of mistrust, social withdrawal, and difficulty connecting with others.
That’s why I don’t trust people around me.

seeking therapy and support can help individuals work through their trauma and develop healthy coping mechanisms. We should seek help to the Psychiatrist if we had trauma so that it will not become worse.
