We are saved because God chose us to be saved

Ephesians 1:4-5 says, “Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.”

God choice to save us is not based on our own merit or efforts but purely on His love, mercy, and divine plan. It is a gift freely given to us through Jesus Christ. We cannot earn our salvation by our own works, but it is by God’s grace that we are saved.

God’s choice to to save us is an incredible act of grace, it is important to remember that He desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of truth. God’s invitation to salvation is extended to everyone, and it is our choice to respond to His call and accept His gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

Let s rejoice in the knowledge that we are saved because God chose us out of His great love and mercy. May this understanding humble us, deepen our gratitude, and inspire us to live lives that reflect the love and grace we have received from our Heavenly Father.
