Walking In Our Local Park

Walking in our local park is my daily routine. I have used it as my daily exercise since I was a teenager. It makes the mind feel calm and refreshed, as well. When I feel stressed from work, walking with my Dog is my best reliever, it helps me a lot—breathing the fresh air from the breeze of the mountains. Aside from that, one of my daily routines is playing with my Dog before returning to my house.
