Pray for healing from sleepless nights

I have been experiencing sleepless nights.
That leads me to have anxiety and depressions.

May I find ways to manage any stress, anxiety, or other emotional factors that may be affecting my sleep. Consider seeking support from a mental health professional, engaging in relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga, or developing a bedtime routine that helps you unwind and prepare for restful sleep.

May I find peace and comfort in knowing that God is always with me, even in the middle of the night.
