Learned to let go of the things that are not good for you, for your mental health and Spiritual health

I realized, not everything comfortable is okay. It’s not because you’re used to it, it’s always there.
No matter how comfortable we are in a situation, or with a person when things aren’t right for us, we should learn to let go.

Sometimes we are afraid to try to leave. Because here we already know, we are used to it. Even if it’s hard and painful.
Even if it’s not right, you can’t leave it, because you are already used to that situation.

Please learned to let go of the things that are not good for you, for your mental health and Spiritual health.
Learned to appreciate yourself and love yourself.

Thank you for this encouraging word@Russell. Sometimes it is hard to let go of things that we used to, but letting go is the best what we can do for the better and also for our mental health.
