Dear God,
I come before you today to confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. I acknowledge that I have sinned against you and have fallen short of your standard of righteousness.
I am sorry for the ways in which I have hurt others and myself through my actions and words. I am sorry for the times when I have neglected my relationship with you and have not lived according to your will.
Please forgive me for my sins and help me to turn away from them. Grant me the strength and courage to resist temptation and to live a life that honors you.
Thank you for your grace and mercy, which are new every morning. I pray that you will help me to grow in my relationship with you and to live a life that brings glory to your name.
