Dear Heavenly Father, please grant me strength and patience as I navigate through this challenge. I pray that you stop the progression of my hair loss and restore the health and vitality of my hair.
Guide me towards the right resources, treatments, and remedies that will help to halt and reverse my hair loss. Grant wisdom to the medical professionals I consult, that they may provide accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Help me embrace self-acceptance and find peace in my journey, regardless of the outcome.

I surrender my worries and concerns to you, knowing that you are a loving and compassionate force. Fill my heart with hope and confidence, trusting that you are working in my life for my highest good.

Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner, and avoid excessive brushing or pulling on your hair. Be mindful of hairstyles that put tension on the hair follicles, such as tight ponytails or braids.
