I come to you today with a humble heart, seeking your guidance and blessings for my workplace. I pray for a positive and harmonious work environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.

Please bless my colleagues and me with patience, understanding, and cooperation, so that we may work together as a team towards the common goals of our workplace. Help us to communicate effectively, listen with an open mind, and find solutions to challenges and conflicts with wisdom and compassion.

I also ask for your guidance in achieving where we can fulfill our work responsibilities while taking care of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Help us to find joy and fulfillment in our work, and to bring our best selves to the workplace each day.
