Father, help me to be patient

Lord, teach me to trust in your plans and purpose, even when they may not align with my own expectations. Fill my heart with a peace that surpasses understanding, knowing that you are in control and that your ways are than mine.
Give me the patience to wait for your promises to be fulfilled, knowing that you are faithful and true to your word. Help me to persevere in prayer, trusting that you hear my petitions and will answer according to your perfect will.

Father, I also ask for patience in my relationships. Help me to extend grace, understanding, and compassion to others, even when they may frustrate or disappoint me. Grant me the wisdom to see beyond their flaws and to love them as you love me.

Thank you, Father, for your patience with me. I am grateful for your loving kindness and long-suffering towards me. May your Spirit work in me, shaping me into a person who reflects your patience and grace to the world.
In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
