Don't live your life to your past

You know what I’m going through. It’s hard to move on and accept the sudden death of my mother because of so much sadness, I forget to take good care of myself. There were times when I was in my office I cried a lot because I dream of my mother.

Letting go of the past can be challenging for many people. Holding onto past traumas, regrets, and failures can cause significant emotional distress and prevent individuals from moving forward and living a fulfilling life.
But with patience, self-compassion, and support, it is possible to move towards a more positive and fulfilling future.
