Don't Let The Devil Steal Your Happiness

Nehemiah 8:10 (NIV): “…the joy of the LORD is your strength.”

God always reminds us that the joy of the Lord is our source of strength. When we remain rooted in God’s joy, we are better equipped to resist the devil’s attacks and maintain our happiness.

While the devil may attempt to undermine our happiness, the Bible assures us that we have the power to resist him and protect our joy by relying on God’s strength, truth, and promises. By staying connected to God, seeking His guidance, and focusing on the eternal joy found in Him, we can overcome the enemy’s schemes and experience lasting happiness.

Develop a consistent prayer life, seeking God’s guidance, comfort, and protection. Pray for discernment and wisdom to recognize the devil’s schemes and for the strength to resist them.

Be mindful of the thoughts you entertain. Replace negative, discouraging, and destructive thoughts with positive, uplifting, and faith-filled thoughts. Philippians 4:8 encourages believers to focus on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
