Do exercise for 5 minutes a day

Do exercise for 5 minutes a day. I feel a huge difference throughout the day if I can exercise in the morning. I was able to stay more focused and motivated with less burnout. This is a personal experience so you may want to experiment on your own to see if it works.

Waking up early in the morning and doing some exercise is good for our body and it’s good for us to be more energetic throughout the day.
It helps me a lot since I am always sleepy at my workplace.
I can’t focus on my work due to the sleepiness I felt.
