I just want to share that recently I have cared about my well-being because have to diagnose overfatigued in stress. So yourself too you should always check your wellbeing.Here are the tips to have a healthy lifestyle:
1.Identify the bad or unhealthy habits in your life that you want to change.
2.Hold yourself accountable for making those changes.
3.Remove the negative triggers in your life.
4.Believe that you can change.
5.Know that it will take time and you might have setbacks.
6.Make a plan with goals and take baby steps.
